Base Price

All residents' room rental and meals are included in their base price.  Pricing will change depending on the room selection and on the level of care that is determined necessary,   

Our pricing is all inclusive, starting at $6,500/ month,

You will never need to worry that if your loved one pushes their call button that they will be charged.  

To determine the care needs of the resident we will need a LIC602A

and will perform a pre-appraisal where we will meet the potential resident.

Our Pricing

No care needs. Room and Board.

Start at $6,500/ Month depending on room​​

Pricing scale can fluctuate from an additional

$500- $3,000/Month DEPENDING ON NEEDS
Items that affect monthly rate:

  • Medication Management

    • Not a problem at all --> It's a fight every time 

  • ADLS: personal care and activities of daily living

    • Happily get dressed ---> Physical Outbursts and Aggression for Showers

  • Ambulation/ Transfers

    • Walk  unassisted --> fall risk --> wheelchair --> bedbound

    • (If wheelchair is used how many people are required for transfers)

  • Diet:

    • ​Eat anything--> A few adjustments--> All meals need to be custom made

  • Continence/ Incontinence 

    • Completely Independent --> Stand by prompts --> Total Care*

  • Sensitive skin

    • ​Minimal skin care needed--> Extensive skin care needed

  • Dementia Stage 

"The Global Deterioration Scale (GDS) is a commonly used system for classifying the stages of dementia. It consists of seven stages, progressing in severity from mild to severe. 

 Stage 1: No Cognitive Decline No noticeable memory or cognitive problems. 

Stage 2: Very Mild Cognitive Decline 

  • Subtle memory lapses and forgetfulness, but can still function independently

Stage 3: Mild Cognitive Decline 

  • More significant memory loss, difficulty with daily tasks, and may need assistance with some activities

Stage 4: Moderate Cognitive Decline 

  • Significant memory loss, confusion, and difficulty with complex tasks

Stage 5: Moderately Severe Cognitive Decline 

  • Severe memory loss, inability to manage daily activities, and need for significant assistance

Stage 6: Severe Cognitive Decline 

  • Very severe memory loss, loss of communication skills, and need for total care

Stage 7: Very Severe Cognitive Decline 

  • End-stage dementia, with minimal communication, mobility, and self-care abilities

It's important to note that the progression of dementia can vary widely between individuals. Some may move through stages quickly, while others may remain in a certain stage for several years. "

*If the resident has specific items of value, we encourage them to be left with their family members or in a designated safety deposit box.

We can provide care for:

Colostomy/ileostomy, Contractures, Diabetes, Enemas and/or suppositories, Incontinence of bowel and/or bladder, Injections, Intermittent Positive Pressure Breathing Machine, Stage 1 and 2 pressure injuries,

Wound care 

We are not a skilled nursing facility, we are not able to provide care for:

Active communicable tuberculosis, Gastrostomy care, Naso-gastric tubes, Staph or other serious infections, Tracheotomies, etc.
